Editorial information

Every submission goes through these stages:

1. Submitted: the author sends the manuscript in from their dashboard.
2. Initial screening: an editor checks scope, formatting and originality.
3. Under review: editors or assigned reviewers assess the work in depth.
4. Revision requested: the author gets comments and resubmits.
5. Approved, then scheduled or published.

Editors may reject a manuscript at any stage and must give a reason. Every decision is recorded.

Editorial screening is not formal peer review, and we never label articles as peer-reviewed.
